We are 100% convinced you will be happy with your course. If you are not, please notify us within 5 days of your enrollment and request a refund. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your registration fee within five days of purchase.

If your score doesn’t improve by at least four points after completing our courses, we will refund your registration fee or let you take the course again for free. Here are the requirements:

• Send a copy of your pre-enrollment test scores to rtracy@xtremetestprep.com within two weeks of registering for an Xtreme Test Prep course.
• Send a copy of your post-course completion test scores to hrtracy@xtremetestprep.com within two months of completing an Xtreme Test Prep course.

Here are the stipulations:

• You must have taken the test at least once prior to registering for an Xtreme Test Prep course. If you have not taken the test prior to registering for an Xtreme Test Prep course, then this guarantee is not valid.
• You must have taken the test within two years prior to registering for an Xtreme Test Prep course.
• You must take your post-course completion test within one month of completing your Xtreme Test Prep course.
• This guarantee is only valid for tests for which you purchase an associated course. 
• This guarantee does not apply to the Xtreme Test Prep Test Tips, Tricks, and Strategies course.
• This guarantee does not apply to the Xtreme Test Prep's Weekend Course.
• You must complete every activity within the course(s) you purchase for the guarantee to be valid. This includes all video lessons, text-based lessons, quizzes, assignments, and practice tests.
• You must spend a reasonable amount of time studying each activity within the course(s) you purchase for the guarantee to be valid. This includes all video lessons, text-based lessons, quizzes, assignments, and practice tests.
• This guarantee is valid only for paid Xtreme Test Prep courses. Free courses are not covered by this guarantee.
